1. Sales Terms

1.1 Purchase procedure: To buy, you simply have to follow the standard procedure, selecting the preferred quantity, product options and confirming in the cart. A few seconds after the purchase you will receive a confirmation by email. N.B: By placing the order in the expected stages, the customer declares that he has considered all the modalities provided to him during the purchase process and fully accepts the conditions outlined below.

1.2 Payment and Shipping: To pay the order, just select the method you choose in the confirmation process. Payments with Paypal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon, Satispay are instant, while if you have selected a different method, please do so within 48 hours. Payments made with Bank Transfer will be completed once they have been definitively arrived or electronically accredited. If you have instead selected the Mark (payment on delivery), you will have to wait for the delivery by the bellboy. The shipment will be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the payment.

 

2. Return or Replacement

GlassesRetro offers all its customers the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the current rules. Any return involves shipping the goods to the sender and, once the integrity of the product - which must be returned in the original condition - is checked, we will replace the product (depending on your choice). 3. Billing

For those who need to receive an invoice, please fill in all the details of the billing addressduring the purchase process. The SDI Code and/or PEC are required for electronic submission of the invoice through the Interchange System.
It is very useful that you also communicate to us by email the need to receive the purchase invoice, so that you can read it promptly and speed up the issue. A Communication via WhatsApp is also fine at 327-3217739.

 

4. Products - Features and Prices

All our glasses comply with the European Directive 89/686/CEE according to the rule PR- EN 1836: 2005/A1:2007.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices of products published by GlassesRetro must be understood as VAT- The prices of products from time to time published by GlassesRetro cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to their actual availability. GlassesRetro reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of products published on its website or in information leaflets and advertising material, at the time of confirmation of the Customer's order. The technical and functional features related to the products published by OcchiRetro through its own promotional messages and information leaflets are those communicated by the respective manufacturers. GlassesRetro takes no responsibility for the veracity and completeness of this information. Products are not provided for trial. Although the operators of GlassesRetro can provide guidance on the characteristics of the products, the customer is responsible for the choice of the products ordered.

 

5. Flag Policy

Once you have executed the mark order, make a binding commitment to conclude the transaction, paying the expected amount on delivery. Last-minute second thoughts are not allowed, once the order is confirmed on the site, it is immediately registered and is ready to escape from the warehouse. So you can NOT:

- Refuse delivery or don't pay the bellboy, sending the package back.
- Cancel the order when the shipment is already on the go.

We warn you of this in advance, as there have already happened cases of "pseudo-customers" who refused delivery, not paying the order. Doing such a thing is a total lack of respect towards our work (as well as your consistency), but above all it goes entirely to your detriment. In fact, by failing to pay your order to the bellboy, you are obliged to compensate us for the Cost of Mark Service that we have paid for you to the shipping company, no later than 7 days from the date of non-delivery. After this term, we will legally entrust our Debt Collection Agencywith the practice of recovering the credit we have against you. And you will respond directly to the agency about the additional economic and bureaucratic burdens resulting from the failure to comply with your obligation.

7. Right of Withdrawal
